• Payment data: processed by our partner Creem, we never store your banking data

We implement strict security measures: all RCON passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, all communications use HTTPS, and we conduct regular security audits.

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and portability of your data. You can exercise these rights at any time from your account or by contacting us.

5. Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is deleted within 30 days, except legal obligation.
