Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (ToU) govern the use of RCON BOARD. By using our service, you accept these terms in full.

1. Purpose

RCON BOARD is a SaaS platform for managing and controlling game servers via the RCON protocol. The service is accessible online through a subscription.

2. Registration and user account

To use RCON BOARD, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities performed under your account
• Updating your personal information

3. Subscriptions and pricing

RCON BOARD offers different subscription plans with variable features:

• Prices are indicated in euros including tax
• Payments are processed monthly or annually according to your choice
• A plan change may result in proration
• Prices may be changed with 30 days' notice

4. Payment and billing

Payments are processed by our partner Creem. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring automatic charges. Invoices are available in your customer area. In case of payment failure, access to your account may be suspended.

Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and is the legal entity responsible for the sale. Any questions regarding billing, refunds, payments, or VAT should be addressed directly to Creem.

5. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period. No refund will be made prorata for the remaining period. In case of termination, your data will be kept for 30 days before final deletion.

6. Responsibilities and limitations

By using RCON BOARD, you agree to:

• Use the service in accordance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to access servers without authorization
• Not overload or disrupt our servers

7. Intellectual property

All RCON BOARD content (code, design, documentation) is protected by copyright. You have a non-exclusive license to use during your subscription. Any reproduction or distribution is prohibited without authorization.

8. Modifications to the ToU

RCON BOARD reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be informed by email of important changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
